The negotiated contract will include communities in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, and Ventura counties. In addition, the renovation programme will include all AvalonBay Communities-branded apartments, including AVA, Eaves, and Avalon brands. The first apartment community in Los Angeles County is Eaves Phillips Ranch in Pomona, CA. Located on Appian Way, Eaves Phillips Ranch provides easy access to the 10, 60, 57, and 71 freeways, as well as the Metrolink line. The scope of work will include cabinet, countertop, plumbing and electrical fixtures, flooring, and appliance upgrades in addition to new paint.
