Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Preconstruction and Construction Manager for Chapman Place in San Diego, CA. The project will consist of 82 apartment units, a leasing office, co-working space, fitness facilities, and other amenity spaces. Construction of Chapman Place will also include the preservation and integration of an existing historic office building. The historic building was originally built in the early 1960s and designed by a noted architect from the mid-century era. A single-phase, fast-tracked schedule will allow Greython to complete the project in just 17 months, which will allow the owner to start pre-leasing units by the end of 2022. The ground-up construction will commence on 1 November 2021.
