Clubhouse and Amenities Project for Cabot Saint Lucia

Greython Construction has been selected to act as the general contractor for the main clubhouse and amenity building at Cabot Saint Lucia, an exclusive private golf and residential community. The ground-up project consists of 40,000 square feet of amenity and residential service space.

The building will include a bowling alley, movie theatre, fine dining, multiple food and beverage areas, a commercial kitchen, guest meeting rooms, a ballroom, a golf pro shop, a fitness centre, locker rooms, a bar area, an arcade, open-air decks and verandas, and back-of-house facilities. Construction is slated to commence in September 2024 and be completed within 16 months.
