Electric Boat

Greython Construction is pleased to announce that we have been selected to act as the general contractor for an extensive renovation project at Electric Boat, a division of General Dynamics, in Groton, CT. The project will include the adaptive reuse and reconstruction of an existing industrial building into office and co-working space.

The facility will be converted into a workspace to meet the demand created by the continued expansion and robust hiring at Electric Boat. The project will include interior reconstruction, including framing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage systems, and finishes. Greython Construction is proud to be part of the continued growth of Electric Boat throughout the Northeastern United States.
