Jalousie Bar and Grill, Sugar Beach, St Lucia: the new-build construction of a 3,840-square-foot open-air restaurant and bar. The scope of works included excavation, concrete, and masonry, alongside first and second-fix carpentry, new electrical installations, low voltage cabling, and data systems.

The project also involved the installation of commercial kitchen equipment, a fish counter, a bespoke open-air wood-fired grill, and custom concrete worktops. High-end finishes included greenheart decking and new fixtures throughout.
