Avalon Simi Valley

Greython Construction has been selected to act as construction manager to renovate the leasing office, amenity spaces, and tenant service building of the Avalon Simi Valley Apartment Community in Simi Valley CA. The project will consist of the complete renovation and reconstruction of the facilities and will include improvements to the leasing offices, tenant common area, theater, media and iLounge, staff offices, gymnasiums, MEP upgrades, and exterior hardscape and pool deck improvements.
