Greython Construction Selected as General Contractor for the Brynhurst Apartment Project in Los Angeles CA

Greython Construction is proud to announce that we have been selected by HVN Development to act as the General Contractor for the Brynhurst Apartment project in Los Angeles, CA. The project, which is located at 5749 Brynhurst Ave, will consist of 53 new apartment homes in the vibrant Baldwin Hills neighbourhood.

The project is a slab-on-grade, ground-up construction of 37,318 square feet and includes demolition, grading, wet and dry utilities, hardscaping, and landscaping packages. The modern exterior features extensive Hardie siding in a variety of directions and patterns to give the building a distinct architectural appearance.

HVN is committed to identifying innovative solutions to ease California’s housing challenges by increasing the affordable housing supply, and we are honoured to be a part of their mission. The construction schedule is 16 months and will commence on 20 October 2025.
