Greython Construction Selected as General Contractor for the Silversands 12-Suite Hotel in Grand Anse, Grenada

Greython Construction has been selected to act as the general contractor for the Silversands 12-Suite Hotel and Miller Land development projects, located in Grand Anse, Grenada, West Indies.

The Silversands extension includes the construction of a luxurious all-suite hotel building situated on a 1,322-square-metre parcel of land. This three-storey hospitality structure is designed as a seamless extension to the adjacent Silversands Hotel. The project will reflect the same five-star finishes, sophisticated detailing, and overall aesthetic elegance as the existing hotel property.

Next to the 12-suite building, the Miller Land development project will be constructed to enhance the estate’s entrance experience. Spanning 2,650 square metres, the scope includes the construction of a detention tank, hardscaping, site lighting, and landscaping works. These improvements will support both function and appearance, ensuring a refined gateway and elevated arrival experience to the Silversands property.

Both scopes are being delivered as design-and-build projects under Greython’s management, with the firm handling both architectural design and construction execution. The overall development follows a fast-track construction timeline, with Miller Land slated for completion in five months and the hotel suite block in 11 months.
