Barcelona Apartment Homes

Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor for waterproofing and reconstruction of the exterior and building envelops at the Barcelona Resort Apartments in Aliso Viejo Orange County, CA. The project includes complete exterior demolition and reconstruction of the residential and common area balconies, elevated walkways, and building envelops across 13 multifamily buildings covering private residential units and common areas.  The project will be constructed over the course of twelve months while the community is occupied.
