Greython selected by Carnival Corporation to act as General Contractor in charge of the Celebration Key Project

Greython Building Company, a subsidiary of Greython Construction, has been selected by Carnival Corporation to act as the General Contractor in charge of the Celebration Key project in Grand Bahama. Celebration Key is located on the south shore of Grand Bahama Island on approximately 329 acres of freehold land, thirteen miles east of downtown Freeport.

Phase 1 will consist of the ground-up construction of an inland man-made lagoon complex, a retail village, multiple food and beverage outlets, pool cabanas, support and associated infrastructure facilities, utilities, a wastewater treatment plant, a reverse osmosis plant, an associated access roadway, site improvement works, and extensive landscaping and hardscaping. Additionally, the project will include a beach club, beachfront attractions, a welcome plaza for cruise ship guests, and other amenities. In total, 238 buildings will be constructed in addition to the extensive pools, water parks, and hardscaping.
