Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Construction Manager to complete the project known as “Regency Palms Assisted Living” in Colton, CA. The project will consist of 103 beds across 80 units and will include a leasing office and fitness centre, among other amenity areas.
Construction is approximately 60% complete, and Greython will be tasked with finishing the dormant project. Greython will first evaluate the existing condition of the building and create quantity surveys and an anticipated schedule. Following the evaluation period, Greython will invite select subcontractors to bid on the remaining work.
Construction will include off-site improvements, wet and dry utilities, exterior plaster, MEP systems, interior finishes, elevators and landscaping. Greython is proud to be part of this project, as it will bring critically needed housing and services to Colton, with proximity to freeways, shopping and medical facilities. The restart of construction is expected to commence in August 2023.
