Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Pre-Construction and Construction Manager for The Hill in Tustin, CA. The project will consist of ground-up new construction and will include 137 apartment units, a pool and spa, dog park, leasing office, co-working space, fitness centre and retail space.
Construction of The Hill will also include off-site improvements, including a new traffic signal on Red Hill Avenue, a major thoroughfare in Tustin. The project will transform a long-standing vacant piece of land into a thriving mixed-use development with retail storefronts on one of the busiest streets in Orange County.
The fast-tracked schedule will allow Greython to complete the project in just 18 months and give the owner the ability to start pre-leasing units in early 2025. Construction is expected to commence in July 2023.
