Greython Construction Selected As General Contractor For Golden Hill ADU Project

Greython Construction has been selected by a private developer to act as the General Contractor for the Golden Hill ADU project in San Diego, CA. The project, which is located on 28th Street in Golden Hill, will consist of seven new apartment homes with tuck-under parking.

The property owner is taking advantage of San Diego’s ADU bonus programme, which allows property owners to add much-needed housing stock without going through a lengthy entitlement process. Designed by ADU Geeks and developed by a local developer, the project will add much-needed housing to the up-and-coming neighbourhood of Golden Hill. The project will feature excellent walkability and proximity to many of San Diego’s amenities, such as Balboa Park, downtown, and the bay. Construction will commence in May 2025.
