Greython Construction Starts Construction on Clairemont Apartment Project
Greython Construction is proud to announce that we have started construction on the Clairemont Apartment project in San Diego, CA. The project, which is located at the corner of Clairemont Dr and Clairemont Mesa Blvd, will consist of 38 new apartment units above a one-storey podium parking garage.
The property owner is taking advantage of San Diego’s landmark density bonus programme called Complete Communities, which allows property owners to add much-needed housing stock without going through a lengthy entitlement process. Designed by AC Martin and developed by Streamline Development, the Clairemont Apartments will feature a secure parking garage, two courtyards, and an interior amenity space.
