Construction includes the demolition of an existing structure, underground wet and dry utilities, excavation, concrete works, vertical construction of a stand-alone retail structure, MEPF systems, interior finishes, hardscaping, and landscaping. The building will be constructed on a fast-track basis and completed in just 18 weeks.
