Greython Construction Selected To Convert Historic Office Building In San Juan Puerto Rico To Marriott and Luxury Residence
Greython Construction has been selected to act as the general contractor for the conversion of a 16-storey office building in San Juan, Puerto Rico’s financial district. The 280,000-square-foot historic 1960 structure will be converted into a Marriott Autograph Hotel and branded residence.
The finished building will comprise three floors of structured hotel parking, 168 boutique hotel rooms across seven floors, and 32 luxury condominiums on the upper four floors. The development will also include multiple amenity spaces, high-end restaurants, and a rooftop deck with fine dining and a pool deck overlooking San Juan’s dynamic financial district.
Selective demolition work has commenced, and construction will include the complete reconstruction of interior and exterior spaces, MEPF systems, new elevators, and exterior curtain walls and façades.
