Harbor View Apartment Homes

Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor to renovate the remaining residential units at the Harbor View Apartment Homes in San Diego CA.  The project is located in busy downtown San Diego across from San Diego Harbor. The project includes the gut renovation of existing residential units including the addition of new kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, finishes and living areas throughout the apartments. The renovation will occur in a phased approach while the remaining building is occupied.
