Ocean House Below Deck
Greython Construction is proud to announce that it has completed the “Below Deck” Project at The Ocean House located in Watch Hill, Rhode Island. The project scope included an interior fit-out and exterior construction of a new gelato, candy and pastry shop, retail store and theatre. Work included demolition of the interior space, masonry, millwork, lighting, mechanical and high-end finishes. We were able to complete this project in 90 days.

Through the initial stages of the design phase to completion in 90 days, Greython Construction worked with Azzinaro and Associates and the Ocean House to make this vision become a reality.
