Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Construction Manager for 3922 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA. The project will consist of the ground-up construction of 58 market-rate apartments over podium structured parking. The 84,000 square foot project is ideally located in the Hillcrest neighbourhood of San Diego, California. The Class A multifamily building will feature numerous amenities such as structured parking, ground-floor retail/restaurant space, washers and dryers in the units, high-end interior finishes, and gym and recreation areas. The seven-storey project will also include 5,000 square feet of commercial space and two decks of structured parking to include 45 parking spaces. Greython Construction will act as the pre-construction manager during the design development and CM during the construction phases.
