Shadow Oaks Apartments

Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor to renovate residential units at the Shadow Oaks Apartment Homes in Irvine, CA. The Orange County California project includes the full interior demolition and extensive reconstruction of the existing residential units. All finishes will be replaced, and renovations will include the living areas, bathrooms, and kitchens. The select apartment homes will be renovated over time in an occupied community.
