St. Moritz

Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor for waterproofing and reconstruction of the exterior and building envelops at the St. Moritz Apartments Community in Orange County, CA. The project includes complete exterior demolition and reconstruction of the residential and common area balconies, elevated walkways, and building envelops across 20 multifamily buildings covering 240 residential units and common areas.  The project will be constructed over the course of eighteen months while the community is occupied.
