Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Preconstruction and Construction Manager for a private luxury resort renovation and expansion project in St. Lucia. The three-year, multi-phased interior and exterior renovation and addition project will add resort amenities, upgrade the current facilities, include extensive infrastructure improvements, and add additional hotel villas and for-sale housing units.
