The Ocean House
Greython Construction is proud to announce that it has been selected by the Ocean House of Watch Hill, Rhode Island, to provide major interior renovations to the cabanas area, recreational area with conversion to a theatre, beach services including food services, an ice cream shop, and sundries restaurant.

PROJECT SCOPE: Under-the-Deck Improvement Project
INTERIOR PROJECT: Interior selective demolition, concrete repairs, masonry, custom millwork and carpentry, new doors and windows matching the historical design of the building, all required plumbing and HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, kitchen equipment, flooring installation, drywall, and finishes.
In addition to this project, Greython also performs minor construction projects, maintenance and capital projects as required by the Ocean House and its distinctive properties on an on-call basis.
Through the initial stages of the design phase to completion, Greython Construction will work with Jonathan Guiney, Group Director of Property Services, and his team to make their vision become a reality.
