Villas of Renaissance Common Areas

Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor to renovate the common area and residence services building for the Villas of Renaissance. The project will consist of the complete renovation and reconstruction of the three-story building including, MEP upgrades, the common areas, staff offices, gymnasium, business center, theater, and exterior hardscape. The $2.7 million-dollar project will be completed in 5 months.
