Westlake Canyon Leasing Office

Greython Construction has been selected by Sares Regis/ SRG Residential to act as construction manager to renovate the leasing office, amenity spaces, and tenant service building at the Westlake Canyon Apartment Community in Thousand Oaks, CA. The project will consist of the complete renovation and reconstruction of the facilities and will include improvements to the leasing offices, tenant common area, staff offices, gymnasiums, MEP fixture upgrades, and exterior hardscape improvements.
