Greython Construction has been selected to act as Construction Manager to renovate the leasing office, amenity spaces and tenant service buildings of The Irvine Company-owned Westwood Apartment Home Community in San Diego, California. The project will consist of the complete renovation and reconstruction of the facilities and will include improvements to the leasing offices, tenant common areas, media and iLounge, staff offices, gymnasiums and MEP upgrades.
